We cater to many organizations and for any occasion and offer a variety of options to accommodate different dietary requirements.  Unlike other fast-casual concepts, we meticulously grill all of our proteins to order shortly prior to delivery. After selecting a protein, customers then select a grain, side, sauce, and toppings. . 

All items are served family style in aluminum trays and bowls, napkins, utensils/serving utensils will be provided. 

Our catering menu will typically include the following per person:


4.5 oz   protein

4 oz      grain

4 oz      side

1.5 oz   sauce

2 oz      toppings.

Protein 

Choice of protein (natural chicken breast, wild caught ahi tuna steak, wild raised salmon, angus striploin steak, angus beef meatballs, veggie black bean quinoa vegan patty w/cauliflower and carrots, "beyond beef" vegan patty)


Sauce

Choice of sauce in squeeze bottles  (lemon dill, basil pesto, chipotle aioli)

Side

Choice of side (kale, napa, tabouli )


Napa: romaine Lettuce, toasted sunflower seeds, celery, walnuts, lemon zest and parsley with red wine vinegar & coconut yogurt dressing

Kale: garbanzos, tomato, lemon feta vinaigrette, red cabbage, kale, feta (no feta makes it vegan)

Tabouli:  quinoa, tomatoes, parsley, mint, olive oil, lemon, onion, cucumber


Grain

Choice of seasoned grains (tri-color quinoa, green lentils, brown rice)


Toppings

Choice of two toppings (red cabbage coleslaw (vg), roasted cremini mushroom, roasted cauliflower, roasted brussels sprouts, roasted asparagus)
